How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you love to your bag and check out. You can also order by sending us the product link on WhatsApp at 0333 8722943.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to remote areas, and orders placed during sales or public holidays, can take a little longer.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Rs. 250 per order. Orders above Rs. 5,000 ship free.

Will you confirm my order?

For Cash on Delivery orders we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We are sorry! Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide and the fit notes on each product. Still unsure? Message us and we will help you choose.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

At the moment we deliver within Pakistan only. Message us if you would like to order from abroad and we will see what we can do.
