Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Most orders then arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas, sale periods and public holidays can add a little extra time.

Delivery charges

Delivery is Rs. 250 per order. Orders above Rs. 5,000 ship free.

Cash on Delivery

• Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
• Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.

Order confirmation & tracking

We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch. Once your parcel is on its way, we share your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.

Unsuccessful deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the phone is unreachable, the address is incomplete, or the order is refused, it is returned to us. We may ask for delivery charges in advance before re-sending it or accepting future Cash on Delivery orders.
